About the Role

As a Team Member, you are key to the success of Tommy's. You'll be on the front lines crafting those Big, Beautiful Sandwiches, good vibes, and awesome experience. This is a fast-paced role where you'll master our menu, help build our culture, and become an essential part of the Tommy's story from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing an awesome experience to everyone that walks in the door

  • Working as part of a team to keep the sandwiches and vibes flowing 

  • Making Big, Beautiful Sandwiches quickly, mastering the menu, prepping meats and veggies, baking our signature Dutch Crunch bread

  • Restocking food and products throughout your shift

  • Keeping the restaurant squeaky clean, including the kitchen, equipment, utensils, work services, dining room, and WC’s, in accordance with food safety regulations

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required, apply even if this is your first job!

  • Able to meet the shift needs of our shop:

    • Part-Time: 24 hours per week, 3 days of availability required

    • Full Time: 35-40 hours per week, 5 days of availability required

    • Opening and/or closing availability preferred but not necessarily required - we’re open most days from 7am - 7:30pm

  • Physically able to:

    • Stand for 8+ hour shifts

    • Lift and carry up to 10kg

    • Work in fast-paced environment

  • Legally allowed to work in the UK
